What kind of plug shall I use for iFlo?
We recommend to use EU/FCC approved plug for iFlo power supply.
Can I use a wet pad on iFlo?
No. We don’t suggest putting a wet pad on the iFlo because there is cotton inside the eye mask. If the steam flow into the cotton will cause bacteria.
How long will iFlo be heated for one session?
iFlo can be heated for 12 minutes in one session and will be auto switched off after time is up.
How many times can iFlo be heated?
According to our aging test, iFlo can be heated for 750 times as maximum
