QuikVue working distance is 1.5cm~2cm. Please use your fingers touching patient’s forehead to stabilize focusing hand and move QuikVue close to the patient’s eye to acquire clear image.

QuikVue has a one-year full warranty against manufacturer defect. If the device has an issue, please contact us. We will send fixing instructions and spare parts to assist you fixing the device.

If the device is out of warranty, we will charge reasonable cost for the spare parts or arrange pick up to repair and ship back to the customer.

For iPhone series, QuikVue can fit on all iPhone models except iPhone 14 and iPhone 15 series.
