Users can capture an image by either tapping the capture button on the screen or by briefly pressing the switch button.

How long does it take to install the Meibovue?

No installation is required for the device. Simply follow the quick user guide provided with the device and smartphone, and you can start using it right away.

What is the Warranty?

The MeiboVue comes with a one-year full warranty against manufacturer defects. If the device has an issue, please contact us. We will send repair instructions and spare parts to assist you in fixing the device.

If the device is out of warranty, we will charge a reasonable fee for spare parts or arrange for pickup to repair and ship the device back to the customer.
